If not included I have first class and 2nd class options.
Shipping will be within 1 to 2 weeks unless stated lower than this on certain products. Some products make take longer due to supplies but this will be stated on those products.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
However, there are a few exceptions to this rule. You won’t be entitled to return the following types of items:
those that have been made to your specifications or personalised or bespoke.
You should get a refund within 14 days of either the trader getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
Of course, if an item delivered to you is faulty, then you’re protected by the same rights that apply to purchases made in person. It needs to be returned within 30 days for a refund. If you return a faulty item after this time, you may have to settle for a repair or replacement if that is possible.
I cover the cost of return. Be aware that items brought as one of a kind cannot be replaced. Your refund will be paid within 14 days of your return being received – and it should also include a refund of the standard delivery cost.

If an item has been made to order, bespoke, or personalised, you cannot return it and it cannot be exchanged.
